Step 01Blast preparation
The bench is surveyed, the blast pattern is confirmed and safety controls are agreed before charging begins. This preparation aligns the crew, equipment and production target.
Our Services
From the first blast hole to processed aggregate, we deliver the technical services that keep your operation producing.

Accurate drilling is the foundation of every successful blast. Our crews use down-the-hole (DTH) rigs to deliver clean, correctly aligned blast holes to the exact depth, diameter and spacing your blast design calls for. Tight control over collar position and deviation means better fragmentation, less explosive waste and safer, more predictable results.

We plan and execute controlled blasts that break rock to the right size while protecting people, equipment and nearby structures. From charge calculation and stemming to initiation sequencing and post-blast inspection, every shot is engineered to maximise production and minimise vibration, fly-rock and oversize.

Blasted rock only becomes valuable once it is sized and graded. We support crushing and screening operations end to end — feeding plant, managing throughput and producing consistent, spec-compliant aggregate. Our focus is on uptime: keeping the plant running, reducing bottlenecks and turning raw rock into saleable product efficiently.

Sometimes the biggest gains come from better planning rather than more machinery. We review quarry layouts, drill-and-blast designs and plant utilisation to find practical improvements that lift production, lower cost-per-tonne and protect your assets. Our advice is grounded in hands-on operational experience, not theory.
Our blasting process
Our blasting service follows a disciplined workflow — from a surveyed, drilled bench through charge preparation to a controlled shot that delivers the fragmentation your loaders and plant need.
Step 01The bench is surveyed, the blast pattern is confirmed and safety controls are agreed before charging begins. This preparation aligns the crew, equipment and production target.
Step 02Drilled holes, collar positions, burden, spacing and stemming requirements are checked so the bench is ready for a controlled production blast.
Step 03The blast is fired under controlled exclusion zones and site communication, with the sequence managed to protect people, equipment and nearby structures.
Step 04The result is checked against the plan: fragmentation, muck pile shape and bench condition show whether the shot has delivered productive material for loading and crushing.
Step 05After clearance, the team inspects oversize, back-break, high-risk ground and access conditions, then records lessons that improve the next blast round.
How we deliver
Every drill pattern, blast design and plant shift is supervised with exclusion zones, compliance checks and disciplined crew procedures.
We plan around your output targets — minimising downtime between drilling, blasting, crushing and load-and-haul cycles.
Hands-on engineering experience across DTH drilling, blast design, crushing plant support and quarry operations advisory.
From full drill-and-blast packages to crushing plant assistance or consultancy, we adapt to your site and production schedule.
Service detail
Our work covers the full production cycle: preparing the bench, drilling accurately, charging safely, firing under control, reviewing the result and supporting the processing of blasted material into usable aggregate.
We support production benches with hole marking, burden and spacing checks, collar cleaning, depth confirmation and re-drilling where ground conditions affect the pattern.
Before firing, we confirm charge quantities, stemming quality, initiation timing, exclusion zones, warning procedures and site communication so the blast is controlled from preparation to clearance.
After each shot, we inspect fragmentation, muck pile shape, oversize, back-break and bench condition, then use those findings to improve the next round.
For crushing and screening work, we focus on steady plant feed, correct product sizing, reduced blockages, practical stockpile layout and clean handover to load-and-haul teams.
Our crews work with quarry managers, mine teams and civil contractors to plan access, production windows, equipment movement and daily safety briefings.
We can provide practical project feedback covering completed work, observed risks, recommended adjustments and the next production priorities.
How we work
We visit your site to understand the rock type, geology, access and production targets before recommending an approach.
Drill patterns and blast designs are engineered to your goals, balancing fragmentation, safety and cost-per-tonne.
Our crews execute drilling, controlled blasting and crushing & screening with safety supervision at every stage.
We measure results, inspect the muck pile and fine-tune designs to continuously improve output on the next round.
Equipment & capability
We bring the equipment and experienced operators needed to keep your site producing — from drilling rigs and compressors to crushing and material-handling support.
